5. Power of Minister to give directions
The Minister may give the General Manager of the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority such general directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any Regulations made thereunder, on the policy to be pursued in the administration of this Act, as the Minister may consider necessary, and the Authority shall take such steps as are necessary or expedient to give effect to them.
