(1) Where the holder of a Boatmaster or Boat Engineer licence loses the licence the Administration may, on receipt of any fee payable, cause a copy of the licence to be issued to the Boatmaster or Boat Engineer.
(2) Any copy issued under subsection (1) shall be certified as a copy by the Registrar or such other person as the Administration may direct.
