The Minister may make Regulations relating to—
(a) the grant of a new certificate of registry;
(b) the loss of a certificate of registry;
(c) the keeping of a record of masters;
(d) the endorsement of a change of ownership on a certificate of registry;
(e) the delivery up of the certificate of registry of a ship that is lost or broken up or has ceased to be a Saint Lucian ship.
