(1) Where a dispensation granted under section 19A has taken effect, the ship shall fly only the colours lawfully borne by ships registered in the country named in the declaration made under section 19A(3)(b).
(2) Without prejudice to section 19A(2), where a ship flies colours in contravention of subsection (1) the registered owner commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
