(1) In any case where a vessel does not comply with the requirements of this Act, the Administration may suspend the validity of the Certificate of Inspection.
(2) Where the Administration suspends the validity of a Certificate of Inspection the owner or master shall immediately deliver up the Certificate of Inspection issued in relation to the vessel.
(3) When the Administration is satisfied that corrective action has been taken it shall restore the validity of the certificate and return the Certificate of Inspection issued in relation to the vessel, to the master.
