(1) The Administration may grant exemptions from all or any of the provisions of this Act, as may be specified in the exemption, for classes or cases or individual cases on such terms, if any, as he or she may so specify.
(2) Any exemption given under subsection (1) must be in writing and must specify the date on which the exemption takes effect and the conditions, if any, on which the exemption is given.
