6. Dealer's general licence

(1) The Licensing Authority may assign to the holder of a dealer's general licence such number of general licence plates as it determines.

(2) The licence plates —
1. (a) shall consist of 2 plates, each bearing some distinguishing letter and number;
1. (b) shall conform with the specifications prescribed in PART II of the Schedule.
