(1) The provisions of the Driving Code set out in the Schedule shall, in addition to the provisions of the principal Act, regulate the conduct of drivers and regulate driving of motor vehicles and trailers in Saint Lucia.
(2) A person who breaches a provision of the Driving Code commits an offence in accordance with section 68A of the principal Act and is liable to the penalty provided for under the principal Act.
