(1) The offences listed in Schedule 3 are designated ticketable offences for which proceedings may be commenced by ticket under this Act.
(2) The fixed penalty in respect of proceedings commenced by a ticket shall be as specified in Schedule 3.
(3) The Minister may by order published in the Gazette amend Schedule 3.
