187.   Careless and inconsiderate cycling

    If a person rides a motor cycle, not being a motor vehicle, on a road without due care and attention, or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road, he or she commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
