(1) The rules relating to the conduct of public auctions for the enforcement of judgements in civil proceedings apply, with the necessary modifications, to public auctions held under this Part, to the extent that the rules are not inconsistent with this Part.
(2) The principles relating to the sale by private agreement of property, in execution of a charge on the property apply, with the necessary modifications to the sale by private agreement under this Part.
