181. Power of entry

A person authorized in writing by the Licensing Authority may at all reasonable times enter any public premises for the purpose of —
1. (a) ascertaining whether any motor vehicle is being kept on such premises for use in contravention of this Act or the regulations; and
1. (b) inspecting any motor vehicle on such premises.
