55. Settlement of question as to amount payable for person of unsound mind
In the event of any difference arising between the Government of this island and the Government of any such other island as to the amount payable in respect of any person of unsound mind, such difference shall be referred to the Secretary of State for his or her decision, and such decision shall be binding on the Government of this island.
