(1) The Governor General may appoint the whole or any part of any building, prison, hospital, house or other place with any out-houses, yards, gardens, grounds or premises thereto belonging, to be a mental hospital for inmates.
(2) The Governor General may make alter or revoke regulations for the management of any mental hospital for inmates.
