Any one who resists or obstructs any person authorised by this Act to visit a licensed house while visiting or attempting to visit the same commits an offence punishable on summary conviction, and on conviction thereof before a magistrate may be fined in any sum not exceeding $96 or imprisoned with or without hard labour for any term not exceeding 3 months.
