(1) Where an order for the removal of a person of unsound mind from a licensed house has been made, the judge or magistrate making the order may issue a warrant for the execution of the order directed to any person or persons such judge or magistrate thinks fit.
(2) Any person shall, if required by any one to whom the warrant is directed, aid and assist in the execution of the warrant.
