37. Retaking inmate of unsound mind
Any inmate of unsound mind escaping or having escaped from a mental hospital for inmates may at any time be retaken by any officer or servant of such hospital or by any police officer, or any constable or peace officer and conveyed to such hospital and detained therein as if he or she had not escaped.
