Every licensed house shall be visited once at least in every 3 months by the medical officer and by the magistrate of the district in which such house is situate and may at any time be visited by any person authorised by the Governor General; the visitation shall be conducted subject to any regulations made by the Governor General, and a report of every visitation shall be made to the Governor General.
