51. Power to make arrangements for receiving person of unsound mind from any other Windward Island
It is lawful for the Government of Saint Lucia to enter into arrangements with the Government of any one of the other the Windward Islands for the reception, maintenance and due care of any person of unsound mind who may be transferred to this island from any such other island, and also for the return from this island to such other island of any person so transferred to this island, who shall cease to be a person of unsound mind.
