41. Application of Part 6 of the Schedule

Subject to the provisions of this Chapter, the provisions of Part 6 of the Schedule apply to the issuing of approvals to organizations for maintenance, preventative maintenance and modifications of aircraft and aeronautical products and the general operating rules for an approved maintenance organisation.
