3. Application of Convention
For the purposes of the Act and of these Regulations, the provisions of the Chicago Convention and the Annexes thereto together with the Standards and Recommended Practices established by the International Civil Aviation Organisation thereunder, and such other internationally recognised standards and practices shall be adopted and applied, as appropriate, in Saint Lucia.
