13. Saving

Nothing in these Regulations shall limit the powers of any authority under any order in council or instrument made under such order in council, having effect by virtue of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 of the United Kingdom to cancel, suspend or endorse any licence or certificate or any validation thereof.
