(1) This Order may be cited as the Aircraft (Exemption from Seizure on Patent Claims) Order 1966 and shall come into operation on 9th March 1966.
(2) The Interpretation Act, 1889(a) 52 & 53 Vict. c. 63.a) shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
(3) Section 38(2) of the Interpretation Act, 1889 (which relates to the effect of repeals) shall apply to this Order as if this Order where an Act of Parliament and as if the Order revoked by Article 4 of this Order where an Act of Parliament thereby repealed.
