2. Amendment of Civil Aviation (Investigation of Accidents) Regulations, 1959

The Civil Aviation (Investigation of Accidents) Regulations, 1951 ^(c) S.I. 1951/1653 (1951 I, p. 234)c), shall not apply to any accident occurring to a Civil Aircraft if a direction has been given under regulation 4 of these Regulations that that accident shall be treated as an accident to which these Regulations apply.
