The Secretary of State and the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation acting jointly in exercise of their powers under section 10 of the Civil Aviation Act, 1949 (a)     12, 13 & 14 Geo. 6. c. 67.a), and the Civil Aviation Act (Application to Crown Aircraft) Order, 1959 (b)     S.I. 1959/1309.b), and of all other powers them enabling in that behalf hereby make the following Regulations:—
