89. Provisional action by Authority
Where any of these Regulations is contravened the Director General may, if the Director General thinks fit, provisionally and pending inquiry take action to enforce the Regulations that have been contravened, including—

(a) the re-examination of the original certification basis or competence;

(b) the imposition of monetary penalties for the contravention of Regulations made under section 51 of the Act;

(c) the variation, suspension or revocation of a document; and
-
(d) the prevention of flying.
