(1) In granting an aviation training organisation certificate to an organisation situated in a Contracting State other than Saint Lucia, the Authority may take into account, in relation to such organisation, the possession of a certificate of approval issued by the licensing authority of the State in which the organisation is located.
(2) The Authority may grant an aviation training organization certificate to an organisation which complies with the requirements of Part 3 of the Schedule in respect of the activities applied for.
