(1) Any member of the Appeals Tribunal, may at any time resign from office by instrument in writing addressed to Cabinet and transmitted through the Chairperson, and such resignation takes effect as from the date of receipt of that instrument by Cabinet.
(2) The Chairperson may at any time resign from his or her office, by instrument in writing addressed to Cabinet, and such resignation takes effect as from the date of receipt of that instrument by Cabinet.
