(1) The Appeals Tribunal comprise of 3 persons, appointed by Cabinet to include members possessing knowledge or experience in one or more of the fields of law, industry, public administration and consumer protection.
(2) The Chairperson of the Appeals Tribunal shall be a legal practitioner of not less than ten years standing.
