(1) The Director shall cause an order made by the Board to be filed in the office of the court upon the expiry 14 days after the order is brought to the attention of the party against whom the order is made.
(2) An order filed in respect of an offence relating to the breach of any of the provisions of this Act shall be accompanied by a statement of the Board as to the findings of the Board.
