173. Channel of communication

(1) All communication and correspondence between the Council and the Department shall be conducted through the office of the Director. (Amended by Act 14 of 2021)

(2) The Director shall ensure that all communication and correspondence between the Council and the Department is transmitted to the appropriate party in a speedy and efficient manner. (Amended by Act 14 of 2021)
