(1) The Minister may, after consultation with other Ministers responsible for consumer protection in the Member States, establish a modality to exchange information with respect to inherently dangerous goods circulating in the Member States.
(2) A regional alert system shall be designated by officials who are responsible for consumer protection in the Member States.
