The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Board if that member —
(a) becomes disqualified in accordance with section 7;
(b) neglects his or her duty as a member or engages in misconduct or malfeasance; or
(c) is absent from 3 consecutive meetings without being excused by the member chairing the meeting.
