100. Approved and non-approved service

(1) A supplier shall —
1. (a) provide such service as is approved by the consumer; and
1. (b) not require a consumer to commit to pay for a service which, in addition to the contracted service, may, in the opinion of the supplier, be necessary or appropriate.

(2) A consumer is not liable to pay for any service not approved by him or her.
