21. Penalty Clause

A person who contravenes these Regulations or fails to comply with any notice or directive issued or given in accordance with these Regulations or who hinders or obstructs any authorized person in carrying out his or her duties commits an offence and on summary conviction is liable to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
