13. Penalty

Any person failing to comply with these Regulations or with any notice served thereunder commits an offence and on summary conviction is liable to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, and in the case of a continuing offence to a fine not exceeding $150 for each day the offence continues after a conviction is first obtained.
