12. Unfit Animals

In case any animal shall not be passed as fit for slaughtering by an environmental health officer, the person in charge of such animal or the owner thereof upon intimation to that effect shall, within a reasonable time of the inspection remove or cause such animal to be removed from the slaughterhouse.
