142. Refund
Where under the compulsory recall notice under section 141, the supplier chooses to refund the price of the goods and a period of more than 12 months has elapsed since the person, whether or not the person to whom the refund is to be made, acquired the goods from the supplier, the supplier shall pay the full amount of the refund specified in the notice.
