(1) Any regulation made pursuant to this Act may make adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, any standard contained in any written instrument or other document, and in particular the standards set out in the ICAO annexes, as may be in force at the time or from time to time as the case may be.
(2) A regulation made under this Act incorporating by reference a classification, standard, procedure or other specification, may incorporate the classification, standard, procedure or specification as amended from time to time and in such case the reference shall be read accordingly.
