(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Director General may by notice delegate any of his or her functions to a person appointed pursuant to section 13 as an Inspector or to any employee of the Authority on such conditions as he or she may specify in the notice.
(2) The Director General shall not delegate a function under Part 8 of this Act.
