(1) A traffic officer shall cause a ticket to be filed in the office of the district court as soon as practicable, but in any event, within 14 days, after the ticket is served. (Amended by Act 10 of 2006)
(2) A ticket filed in respect of an offence relating to the parking of a vehicle shall be accompanied by a statement of the Licensing Authority as to the ownership of the vehicle.
