186.   Reckless and dangerous cycling

    If a person rides a motor cycle, not being a motor vehicle, on a road recklessly or at a speed or in a manner which is dangerous to the public, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, including the nature, condition and use of the road and the amount of traffic which actually exists at the time or which might reasonably be expected to be, on the road, he or she commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
