(1) The Minister may control parking on any public road in Saint Lucia by designating, by traffic control devices in the prescribed form and manner, any, or any part of, such road as —
(a) a no-parking zone;
(b) a paid-parking zone; or
(c) a reserved-parking zone.

(2) The Minister may, by order, designate a network of streets containing parking zones as a regulated parking area.
