33. Cabinet may make loans to local authorities

It shall be lawful for Cabinet from time to time to make loans from the General Revenue of Saint Lucia to the local authorities of the several Towns and Villages mentioned in sections 4 and 5 of this Act for the purpose of effecting such improvements as Cabinet may deem advisable.
