67. Power to Cabinet to suspend the operation of Part 3

Cabinet may from time to time, by Proclamation, suspend the operation of this Part in respect of all or any of the Towns and Villages mentioned in this Act, and in like manner may annul the said Proclamation in regard to any or all of the Town and Villages mentioned therein, in which case this Part shall be again in full force with regard to the Town or Village or Towns or Villages specified in such last-mentioned Proclamation.
