49. Notification of execution on houses and land
The Treasurer shall on or before 15 October notify in the Gazette that after September buildings which are movables, land, and land with immovable buildings, may be taken in execution and sold for any rates or taxes unpaid after 31 October. On or before 17 October, or so soon thereafter as practicable, the Treasurer shall cause a copy of such notification to be affixed as directed in the last preceding section.
