7. Extent of Produce Seller's Licence
All or any of the applicant's plantations or lands situate in the district wherein the application is made may be included in a single application, and a single licence may be issued in respect of such plantations or lands, but no licence shall extend to plantations or lands situate in any district other than that in which such licence is issued. However, if any plantation or lot of land lies in 2 or more districts, a licence in respect of the whole of such plantation or lot of land may be issued in any one of such districts.
