24.   Entries in Produce Huckster's Licence

  1.  

    (1)   Immediately upon the receipt or disposal of any licensable produce the licensed huckster shall cause to be entered upon his or her licence in a legible manner in Form H set out in Schedule 2 the following particulars—

    1.  

      (a)     upon receipt—

      1.  

        (i)     the date and time of receipt,

      1.  

        (ii)     the name and address of the person from whom the produce is actually received,

      1.  

        (iii)     the name of the vendor,

      1.  

        (iv)     the number and description of the vendor's licence,

      1.  

        (v)     the description of the licensable produce received,

      1.  

        (vi)     the weight, measure or quantity of such licensable produce,

      1.  

        (vii)     the amount paid for such licensable produce;

    1.  

      (b)     upon export—

      1.  

        (i)     the date of shipment,

      1.  

        (ii)     the place to which, and the ship by which, licensable produce is consigned,

      1.  

        (iii)     the description of the licensable produce exported,

      1.  

        (iv)     the weight, measure or quantity of such licensable produce.

  1.  

    (2)   Every such entry made upon export shall be checked and signed by a Treasury officer.

  1.  

    (3)   Any licensed huckster—

    1.  

      (a)     who fails or neglects to make or cause to be made, or to be made and checked, as the case may be, the entries required by this section;

    1.  

      (b)     in whose licence there shall be found any entry false in any particular; or

    1.  

      (c)     whose stock of licensable produce does not correspond with the amount entered in such licence,

  1.  

    commits an offence against this Act.
