(1) Subject to the provisions of section 9 the magistrate shall, when satisfied that the statements contained in the application are correct, and upon receipt of the licence fee set out in schedule 3, issue to the applicant a Produce Seller's Licence in Form B set out in Schedule 2.
(2) Upon payment of a fee for each licence a Produce Seller's Licence may be granted to the applicant in respect of each of the items of licensable produce derived from his or her plantation or land.
(3) Such licence fee shall be paid by means of postage stamps which shall be affixed to the application and shall be cancelled, on grant of the licence, by the magistrate.
(4) A Produce Seller's Licence shall not be issued to an applicant in respect of licensable produce derived from the working of any plantation or land on the metayer or share system except with the written consent of the person who put him or her in possession.
