Banana Plants Proclamation – Section 2 (Statutory Instrument 16/1958)

Commencement [31 May 1958]

1. This Proclamation may be cited as the Banana Plants Proclamation.

2. The term licensable produce as defined in of section 2(6) of the Sale of Produce Act shall include “banana plants”.
